Elizabeth “Buffy” joined Capitol Agency® in May 2019 with over 6 years of experience in the Insurance Industry including experience in personal, commercial, life and health insurance.  Buffy is licensed in Kansas and Missouri for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.

Outside of work Buffy loves to spend time with her 2 daughters and visiting with friends. Being a KC native, she enjoys attending sporting events , live music performances, and the arts. Go Royals!
